The Coolest T-shirt…EVER!

Who doesn’t love a good t-shirt?

I am always on the hunt for a cool t-shirt that I can wear for work and play.  When you find a really great t-shirt, you just want to wear it all the time! I love dressing up a t-shirt with distressed jeans and a pair of heels or throwing it on under a blazer and wearing it to work.  This t-shirt from Juvenile Virtuoso is beyond cool and so versatile…and it even has an awesome story behind it!

Juvenile Virtuoso is an up and coming family-owned t-shirt company.  The artist behind this cool hippo design on my shirt is only 6-years-old!  Walter Champion IV is an extremely gifted and talented young artist who actually created this graphic when he was only 4-years-old.  (Yes, you heard me correctly. I’m 35-years-old and cannot draw this well!) Inspired by his artwork, his family decided to launch Juvenile Virtuoso, a clothing line that will feature his drawings and the work of other young artists.  Walter also serves as the company’s Artistic Director, responsible for carefully selecting the artists whose work will be featured, all while going to kindergarten! I love how this company is showing us the beauty of the world through the eyes of children.

The Champion family is very passionate about giving back and donates 10% of all sales to Arts for Healing, Inc.  This wonderful non-for-profit organization provides integrated art and music therapy to those with special needs.  By purchasing a t-shirt from Juvenile Virtuoso, you get to rock an incredible design, you are also supporting child artists, and helping those in need.  If that’s not cool, then I don’t know what is!
